Find a MultiPlan Limited Benefit Plan Network Provider

MultiPlan PPO can assist you in finding the provider of your choice. Just call MultiPlan’s Customer Service Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time) and identify yourself as a health plan participant accessing MultiPlan Network for Limited Benefit plans. 3. Click on Limited Benefit Plan
4. Type in your exploration criteria and location

If you are presently seeing a doctor or other healthcare professional who does not participate in the MultiPlan Limited Benefit Network, you may utilize the Online Provider Referral System.
