Cigna health insurance company is waiving out-of-pocket expenses for all COVID-19 treatment through October 31, 2020. The treatments that Cigna will cover for Coronavirus are those covered under Medicare or other applicable state laws. Cigna company will reimburse health care providers at Cigna’s in-network rates or Medicare rates, when applicable.

Will Cigna Health Insurance Cover Coronavirus Virtual Care Visits

Yes. If your visit is related to screening, diagnosis, or testing for Coronavirus, your out-of-pocket costs will be waived.

Check with your physicians to see if they are offering virtual care visits. If not, you can schedule an online care appointment by logging in to myCigna.com or the myCigna mobile app.

Can I Also Receive Virtual Care for Medical Problems Not Related to Coronavirus

Cigna consumers can also receive virtual medical care not related to COVID-19 by physicians and certain providers with virtual care capabilities through October 31, 2020. Out-of-pocket expenses may apply.
