Florida Agency for Health Care Administration

Florida Department of Children and Families
Determines eligibility for the Medicaid program and administers the Behavioral Health Network for kids ages 5 through the end of age 18 with severe emotional disturbances.
Florida Department of Health, Children’s Medical Services
Administers the Children’s Medical Services Managed Care Plan for kids with special health care requirements from birth through the end of age 18 with a family income of up to 200% of the federal poverty level.
